A proven leader of transformation and innovation, Susan Chapman-Hughes most recently was the EVP/GM of Global Digital Capabilities, Transformation and Operations (GDCT&O) in the Global Commercial Services (GCS) division at American Express where she led the digital transformation of customer experience and drove the use of big data, predictive analytics and machine learning to power the business Go to Market strategy.
Prior to her tenure in GDCT&O, she led the GCS U.S. Large Market Business, leading the business from decline to double digit growth and significantly improving NPS, and, as head of Global Real Estate and Workplace Enablement, led the groundbreaking and award-winning global workspace transformation (Bluework). A driver of innovation and business efficiency efforts, Susan’s teams have been recognized by multiple Chairman’s Awards for Innovation. Prior to American Express, she held many key senior roles for Fortune 500 companies in financial services and technology.
She is an advisor to many pre-ipo (seed through late stage) and public companies specializing in go to market and human capital strategies/plans as well as building business scale. She currently serves as an advisor to companies in the Web3/Crypto, Healthcare Transformation and Consumer Beauty Technology sectors.
Ms. Chapman-Hughes is an independent director of the J.M. Smucker Company (SJM) where she chairs the Compensation Committee. She is also an independent director of Toast where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously, she served as an independent Director for Potbelly Corporation (PBPB) where she led both the Compensation and Audit Committees.
She has received many accolades for leadership including being named one of “The Elite 100” by Diversity Woman, one of the Most Influential Women in Payments, by PaymentsSource, “Grio 100” by Grio.com/NBC Universal and as one of the “100 Most Creative People in Business” by Fast Company.
In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Chapman-Hughes is committed to volunteer work for non-profitcommunity development organizations across the United States and remains an active mentor to young people in her community. She is a member of the Board of the New York Junior Tennis League. She is a Trustee Emeriti of The National Trust for Historic Preservation and previously held trustee positions with A Better Chance, and Girls Inc.
Ms. Chapman-Hughes holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also holds a Master of Regional Planning from The University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Chapman-Hughes resides in New York with her husband and daughter.

Aiko Bethea is a leader, builder and connector who has successfully navigated leadership roles in government, philanthropic, nonprofit and private sectors. In each sector, she created inaugural roles to meet growing organizational needs. After leading a legal team at the city of Atlanta under the leadership of Stacey Abrams, Aiko served as director of compliance for the city of Atlanta and deputy director of a compliance department at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Most recently, she was the head of diversity and inclusion for the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center. The founder of RARE Coaching & Consulting, Aiko guides leaders and organizations to remove barriers to inclusion. She serves as an executive coach to leaders and teams of Fortune 100 companies and global nonprofit organizations. Because of her work, she has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top seven anti-racism educators for companies and by Culture Amp as a DEI influencer to follow. Aiko is also a senior equity consultant for the Brené Brown Education and Research Group where she oversees development and implementation of DEI and belonging strategy. Aiko’s writing on leadership and belonging has been published in Harvard Business Review, Forbes and The New York Times bestselling anthology, You Are Your Best Thing. Aiko holds a law degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Smith College. On most days, Aiko enjoys spending time with her two sons. She is a member of the Links, Inc. Thomas Halloran is President & CEO of Fidelis Care, a health plan subsidiary of Centene Corporation. Fidelis Care serves more than 2.5 million members across all 62 counties of New York State. In addition, Mr. Halloran is a Senior Vice President, Markets of Centene. He oversees the New Hampshire and New Jersey health plans as well as New York.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Halloran served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelis Care for more than two years, with responsibility for overseeing provider operations, finance, IT, strategic planning, and product development. He joined Fidelis Care as Chief Financial Officer in 2007.
Before joining Fidelis Care, Mr. Halloran spent 20 years providing financial, strategic, and operational consulting services to a wide range of companies, including health care organizations. Mr. Halloran came to Fidelis Care from the Huron Consulting Group in New York City, where he was one of the founding partners. He was also a partner in the New York City office of Andersen LLP.
Tom received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, and is a certified public accountant.
He is based in Fidelis Care’s New York City office.
